FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.

What is Perpetual bookings?

It means that we run our lessons right throughout the year, with a two week break at the July holidays and our annual shut down over christmas.

When does my child move levels?

Children instead of waiting until the end of term to move levels will move as soon as deemed ready by the Starfish Team. An email will be sent and/or we will come and have a chat with you.

When can i enrol?

We take enrolments at anytime through out the year,so please get in touch to organise lessons.

How do i pay?

We take payments for lessons on the 1st of each month through a direct debit. We will give you all the information once you enrol.

How do i leave the program?

All we need from you is 4 weeks notice that you would like to withdraw from the program and we can action that for you.  Then when you are ready you can get in contact and return at any time.

We are going away on holiday do i have to keep paying?

We give you 4 weeks per year where you dont have to pay for lessons if you are going away etc, you just have to let us know 2 weeks in advance.

How do i know what level?

We can arrange an assessment for you, it only takes 10 minutes so super quick and ewasy, however we are very good at working out what level a child will be from the information we are given.  If your child does end up in the wrong level we will ahve that discussion with you and move them to the appropriate level.
